OUR POLICIES

studio policies
All classes or personal sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please note that you will be charged for your session if you are a no-show or do not give the studio proper notice of your cancellation. Please call the front desk of the location you are scheduled to train in if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Sessions and classes can be scheduled/cancelled through the front desk or with your teacher.  If you are on an EFT program, please remember that your time slot is reserved weekly for you unless you contact us otherwise.  If you want to switch timeslots please note that you must cancel your reserved spot online or through the front desk or you may be double charged for your weekly session.

When entering the studio please be courteous to others and enter softly. There may be a group class going on and/or personal training sessions happening.

Please remove your outside/gym shoes. When working on the reformer equipment you must be barefoot or have socks with traction on the bottom. No regular socks are allowed for your own safety. In Mat classes regular socks are acceptable.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your class or your session and wait for your teacher to come get you.

All new students must attend an orientation session prior to being allowed to enter into a group reformer class. If your teacher feels you would better benefit from more one on one instruction prior to entering a group class please be advised that this recommendation is in your best interest and safety.

Sessions are non-transferable or refundable and must be used within a year of purchase.

If you are under the regular care of a physician or movement therapist, please advise your teacher so that we may correspond with them regarding your program. We may require a medical release prior to your participation in Pilates.

When attending a group class or a duet session, we ask that you keep all conversations to a minimum. Pilates is about concentration and control. Conversations outside the realm of your practice will only impede your progress and the practice of others. Please be courteous to those around you and let your teacher do the talking. If you are participating in a group class and have a question about any of the exercises, please save them for after the class and the teacher would be happy to assist you.
